There is a lucrative opportunity for a skilled General Dermatologist to join a longstanding and reputable, physician-owned practice in Phoenix, Arizona (private practice).

In this role, you will work along a team of highly experienced Dermatologists and Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive and collaborative environment. The practice provides 3-4 MAs, including trained scribes, to be sure the physicians waste virtually no time completing paperwork! Our well trained scribes & MAs will take care of it all, so you can focus on providing high quality dermatological care to patients.

This thriving practice spans three locations & has grown organically over the last two decades. Opportunity to perform general medical and cosmetic dermatology along with your own Mohs cases (will train if interested).

Position Highlights:

Generous compensation package (base salary plus productivity bonus)
Signing bonus $50,000 to $100,000
Approximately 30+ patients per day (more if desired)
Full or part-time schedule available
4 weeks PTO year one and 6 weeks following

Practice Features:

Medical, surgical & Cosmetic Dermatology as well as option to do Mohs Surgery
Wide variety of cases, including a high volume of skin cancer patients
Offers excellent patient care and service in a high-volume environment
Full time triage MA, biologic coordinators
Fully functional clinical trials department with 3 full time coordinators (encouragement and support provided to get involved in fun & exciting new trials if desired)
Practice also offers Superficial Radiation Therapy
Best in class EMR: EMA
Long-term, experienced and highly-trained staff
Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
1-2 years' experience is preferred, but will consider graduating residents
Active medical license in the state of Arizona or applying for it
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work between multiple (2-3) locations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
