Industry Visioning Work Group (IVWG)

January 19, 2018

Event Location: Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas
4150 N MacArthur Blvd | Irving, Texas

The WDS IVWG will strategically plan with Industry Partners to discuss the common problems we face as a specialty. This crucial link between dermatologists and the international corporate business community will expand the conversation and cross boundaries to embrace medical, surgical, oncologic, cosmetic, pediatric, and technical subspecialties.

Membership Enrichment & Leadership Development Forum (MELD)

January 19-21, 2018

Event Location: Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

The MELD Forum is a weekend long conference that focuses on leadership development, effective communication, teambuilding, networking, and other topics of interest for the personal development of our WDS members.

WDS Member: $275
Non-Member: $325
WDS Resident Member: Complimentary
Non-Member Resident: $175

There are a limited number of Travel Grants awarded on a competitive basis for WDS Resident Members in the US and Canada. Grant winners will be announced in early December.  Apply during registration.

*WDS Members are invited to attend the IVWG for an additional $75

Continuing Education Credits

The Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS) is pleased to offer opportunities for physicians to obtain Continuing Education credits for their participation in the Membership Enrichment and Leadership Development (MELD) Forum.

Physician Continuing Medical Education

Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Amedco and Women’s Dermatological Society. Amedco is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation
Amedco designates this live activity for a maximum of 9.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Obtaining Continuing Education Credit and Certificates

Satisfactory completion
Participants must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion.  Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety.  Partial credit of individual sessions is not available. NOTE: If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.
