Jen Duckworth is an experienced executive with more than 14 years of leadership in association management. She is known for building strong relationships with boards, sponsors, and stakeholders while guiding organizations through strategic planning, governance, and operational growth. Her collaborative leadership style focuses on translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes while strengthening member engagement and organizational effectiveness. Jen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky. She is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE), reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of leadership in association management. 

Kathleen Kelley is an experienced program and project manager with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic outcomes. With a background in justice policy and association management, she excels at translating ideas into action—whether managing high-impact events, guiding committees, or building collaborative relationships with stakeholders. She holds a master’s degree from American University and is passionate about supporting organizations that create positive change.

Savannah Dodson, MPH, has extensive experience in community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and program development. She has led initiatives spanning outreach, educational programming, and large-scale event coordination—always with a focus on improving outcomes and strengthening community partnerships. Savannah brings a strong background in strategic planning and relationship management, with a proven record of driving engagement and supporting service and outreach efforts. Savannah holds both a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, each from East Carolina University.

Rachael Lawson is a dedicated project administrator with more than four years of experience supporting associations, enhancing member engagement, and coordinating high‑impact programs and events. She brings strong skills in communication, project coordination, and process improvement, with a proven ability to streamline workflows, support leadership teams, and deliver excellent member experiences. Rachael’s background includes committee support, maintaining websites, facilitating technology platforms, and supporting sponsorship programs. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Lindsay Plath, CMP, as over a decade of experience in the meeting industry, focusing on the non-profit and association sectors. She is dedicated to creating welcoming, sustainable, and engaging experiences that leave lasting impressions. Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and holds the Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification. Her commitment to the industry is reflected in her active involvement with Meeting Professionals International (MPI) where she currently serves as the Vice President of Education on the MPI New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors.

Amantha Cook is the primary point of contact for member inquiries, registration support, and account management. She is committed to ensuring every member has a smooth and valuable experience with WDS.
