Regional Networking EventsTo foster connection, collaboration, and community at the local level, the Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS) hosts a series of Regional Networking Events each year designed to equip members with tools for meaningful engagement. These events support the Society’s mission by encouraging mentorship, expanding volunteer opportunities, and strengthening professional networks across geographic regions. In partnership with Pfizer, WDS hosts dynamic networking and educational events throughout the country. These gatherings offer a welcoming space for members to connect with colleagues, build relationships, and exchange insights. Each event features a WDS member speaker presenting on a topic of their choice—ranging from clinical pearls and challenging cases to career development strategies like contract negotiation. The United States is divided into seven regions, each overseen by a member of the WDS Networking Committee. These regional leaders provide guidance, coordination, and support to ensure that events reflect the needs and interests of their local dermatologic communities. Whether you're a long-time member or just getting to know WDS, these events are an opportunity to grow your network, share experiences, and be part of something bigger—right in your own region.
