WDS President Jean Bolognia, MD chose Suzanne Connolly, MD to be the 2006 recipient of the President's Award in recognition of her outstanding support and leadership of WDS as the Chair of our Service Committee and for spearheading the Families Play Safe in the Sun Program Community Outreach Program from the beginning.

Dr Bolognia said when presenting the award, "she has worked tirelessly over the past year and has even used vacation days to hold organizing meetings in San Francisco and to travel cross-country to Boston, Minneapolis, and Long Beach, California to coordinate events and to be sure everything was just so."
