| Mission Statement |

1.
 |
To review and evaluate all properly filed applications for membership to the Society and to report the results of this review to the Board of Directors for their approval at twice yearly board meetings; |
|
2.
|
To present the list of approved new members to the membership at the regular annual business meeting of the Society; |
|
3.
|
To identify and recruit new members to the Society, by means deemed to be appropriate by the Committee. |
|
4.
|
To determine appropriate categories for individual membership, based on the current Bylaws of the Society. |
|
5.
|
To update the membership rolls, including expulsion from the Society of members who violate the Bylaws through non-payment of dues, and to report the current membership demographics to the Board of Directors and to the general membership at the regular annual business meeting of the Society. |

6.
|
To publish or make available an updated a membership directory every two years. |
|
Number of members: At least 6
Term: 3 years Term expires after annual meeting in final year. WDS Secretary serves as Ex-Officio Active Members. WDS President and Treasurer serve as Ex-Officio non-voting members. |
